La Perigourdine - New Caledonia. Assisted with commercialisation and contract manufacturing.  

Omega Seafoods - Blenheim NZ. Setup and validated a range of green mussel and clam processes. 

Ocean Pure - Blenheim NZ. Small boutique tuna cannery.  

Dover Fisheries - Adelaide, SA, Australia. Process development for a high end abalone cannery.  

AFCOL - Mallacoota, NSW, Australia. Extended shelf-life chilled abalone products for export.  

Aussie Pure Organics - Adelaide, SA, Australia. Facilitated sales and supply of organic meat and grain on behalf of 7 organic growers.   

Flaugnarde - Sydney, NSW, Australia. Commercialised a family tradition middle eastern dessert and setup a small processing facility for the client.  

Boston Bay Mussels - Port Lincoln, SA, Australia. Setup a commercial contact agreement with two contract processors, extended shelf life chilled process for 12 months shelf-life, shelf life validation. 

Goolwa Pipi's - Goolwa, SA, Australia. Extended shelf life chilled product into retail supermarkets. 

Barker Processing, Geraldine, NZ. Process development and thermal process validation to enable exporting of products world wide.  

LeaderBrands, Gisbourne, NZ. Process development and optimisation and thermal process validation to improve through-put from the existing plant with minimal capital outlay. 

The Foodbowl, Auckland, NZ. Assisted numerous clients to commericalise products using the Foodbowls facility. 

Healthy Heart Cauliflower rice. Extended shelf life chilled process for cauliflower growers. Now able to provide national distribution and export to Singapore and other Asian ports.
